Shipping & Terms

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In the case of material or manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product. If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@prefilterpool.com. The warranty does not cover:

  • Costs for installation/removal of the defective product.
  • Costs for repairs at another workshop.
  • Travel costs.
  • Any consequential damages caused by the defective product.

Delivery Time

Our ambition is to have the products shipped from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Our carrier then needs a few days for transportation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume.

Returns

Returns must be made no later than 2 weeks after the delivery date. Returns are accepted only after prior agreement. If you cancel your purchase, you must pay the return shipping. If we have delivered the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping, but you must contact us before returning the item. Products returned to us with cash on delivery or payment on delivery will not be accepted. For unclaimed items ordered from us, we will charge the shipping cost both ways + SEK 150 in handling fees.

Exchanges

Products are exchanged only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused.
  • The original packaging is undamaged, i.e., usable.
  • The exchange is made within 10 days of the purchase date. These rules apply without exception.

Complaints

The Consumer Purchase Act entitles you to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible via email at info@prefilterpool.com. Complained products should be sent back to us at the address below. Once we receive the complained product, we will determine if there is a fault with the product. If so, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from when we received the product.
